BUS 43 ROUTE CHANGES

 Plan on 2:15 hours earlier than normal PM pickup time, given the 12:30pm dismissal.  For example, if you pick up by 4pm, plan on being there by 1:45p at the latest. Oh, and Merry Christmas!

 Not running Medford Hannah.  I'll be at the stop sign/turn-around around 4:08, but could be a bit earlier.

 For the morning, no buses on Medford Hanna or Liberty church. Medford Hanna, you can meet me at the stop sign at 8:10 I'll be there shortly thereafter. Those on rabbit skin, you may see me go by earlier than your pickup time but I will turn around and make sure that I'm picking you up at the normal time. MEDFORD HANNAH OPTION:  with Liberty Church not being run, I will need to sit at Cove Creek Church, just uphill from Cove Creek stop sign.  I'll pull out at 8:40a, so it buys you time if we're on a 2-hour delay and you want to drop riders at the church.

Hello!  Mr. Bob (Child) here, driver of Bus 43 out of JVES.  This blog is simply for alerting parents to route changes due to weather or other extenuating circumstances.  Winter Weather will be the main cause, but there may be days where the bus is running late due to mechanical reasons, etc. On regular days, I will post any route alterations by 5:50am. On 2-hour delays, I will post any route alterations by 7:50am. I will also post sudden changes at any time, when I get a call from the mechanic on what roads not to run due to sudden snow outbursts, etc.  As you know, there are precious few turn-arounds or pull over places on the Bus 43 route, but I'll do my best to keep you informed if there is an alternate drop/pick up location.   The roads mainly affected by wintry weather are Medford-Hannah and Liberty Church, but could include all of Sutton Town, as well. 704-996-3184 if you ever need to reach me.  Text/call (but I go to bed early!)
